The Oregon State Fire Fighters Council donated $21,000 to Oregon Health & Science University’s $1 billion Knight Cancer Challenge. Donations came in from firefighters all over Oregon, as part of the council’s participation in Unite for Knight, a coalition of Oregon businesses and union locals working together to raise money for the challenge, which has raised $461 million.
