Novocure announced today that United Healthcare will cover Optune as an adjunctive therapy for the treatment of glioblastoma when used according to FDA labeled indications and contraindications, effective Jan. 1, 2017. United Healthcare administers medical benefit plans that cover 44.7 million individuals.
