Cdr Margaret Therrien, along with her husband Paul, is presented the CF Memorial Ribbon by RAdm John Newton, Commander MARLANT and JTFA, in honour of her late father, VAdm Douglas Boyle. Fifteen years after his death, the daughters of a former Commander, Maritime Command have a new memento by which to remember him and commemorate his service to Canada.
