Avon Files for Bankruptcy Over Debt from Talc Lawsuits

Avon Products Inc. has filed for bankruptcy as it faces 200 lawsuits related to its talc-based products. A jury has awarded the family of a Chicago area mesothelioma survivor a $24.4 million verdict.
