Quincy Jones, a Los Angeles-based comedian who has terminal cancer, appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show Monday , where the talk show host revealed she’ad convinced HBO to air an hour-long stand-up special starring Jones himself. The comedian had previously appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to share his inspirational story, and talked about his dream to film a stand-up special before he died.
