The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is backing a bill at the Arizona Legislature changing the rules for plaintiffs filing asbestos-related lawsuits. Plaintiffs’ attorneys who represent sick workers affected by asbestos say the measure, House Bill 2603, is meant to drag out lawsuits.
