Workers’ Compensation: Work-Related Mesothelioma Now Fodder for Common-Law Actions

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled that the Workers’ Compensation Act does not cover occupational diseases, such as mesothelioma, that manifest more than 300 weeks after employment ends.
