Michael Francis from Kirkland Close, Hereford died aged 79 at home on October 4 last year- three months after he was diagnosed with mesothelioma. The inquest at Herefordshire Coroner’s Court heard Mr Francis had worked as a radio electronic engineer for the Royal Navy and International Air Radio Limited, and had been exposed to asbestos.
