Aspirin may delay the growth of mesothelioma, an aggressive and deadly asbestos-related cancer, according to a new mice study. The finding could lead to a new tool to fight against the disease and advance knowledge on how to fight other cancers, say University of Hawaii Cancer Center researchers.
